In the event that your order is cancelled after your payment has been processed, the Company will issue a full refund.

Terms of payment for any Products purchased through the Site shall be determined at the Company's sole discretion. The terms and conditions outlined in this section are meant for the Bouclair Designer Member Program. These terms and conditions may be changed at any given time without prior notice to the registered members. Any modifications to the terms and conditions of this program will be available in the Bouclair Designer Member Program section on the website and will be effective upon publishing.

Qualification

An applicant who is an accredited professional designer, including but not limited to an interior designer, architect or home stager (see professional organization list below), will be eligible for participation in the Bouclair Designer Member Program (and referenced here as ‘’Member’’ ) upon approval by the company after presentation of the following:
1. The completed and signed application form ;
2. A business card indicating the applicant’s design title or ˛ design firm website listing the applicant’s name;
3. a) Copy of the applicant’s business license or resale certificate showing proof of a design-based business (with an additional signed
resale certificate for each province where tax exemption is sought) ; or
b) Copy of a valid membership from one of the following associations :

• APDIQ (Association professionnelle des designers d’intérieur du Québec)

• ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario)

• ARIDNB (Association of Registered Interior Designers of New-Brunswick)

• CDECA (Canadian Decorators’ Association)

• CSP (Canadian Home Staging Professionals)

• IDA (Interior Designers of Albert˛)

• IDAS (Interior Designers Association of Saskatchewan)

• IDIBC (Interior Designers Institute of British Columbi˛)

• IDNS (Interior Designers of Nov˛ Scoti˛)

• PIDIM (Professional Interior Designers Institute of Manitob˛)

• Others as approved by the Company‘s management

Membership

• Incomplete applications will not be accepted.
• Individual professionals can apply for a membership. An application cannot be sent on behalf of a design firm or entity. Individuals
employed by the same business must apply individually; the business itself may not become a member.
• The membership is non-transferrable.
• A membership email address can only be used by Member
• The member is responsible for notifying Bouclair of any changes made to their information. Their information can be updated by
email to designer@bouclair.com.
• Members may cancel their membership at any time by email to designer@bouclair.com
• Bouclair reserves the right to review and and terminate a Member’s eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Employees of Bouclair are not eligible for membership.

Misuse of Membership

The misuse of the membership may result in membership termination. Bouclair reserves the right to make all membership terminations at its sole discretion. Bouclair reserves the right to review and terminate member’s eligibility if believed that the member has violated the terms of agreement. Bouclair will notify the member that they are no longer eligible to participate in the program.

Discount

• Members will receive a 10% off discount on their purchases online and in any Bouclair store.
• Not valid on "Our best prices, no compromise" items
• The discount is non-negotiable.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other other coupons
• The discount does not apply to the purchase of gift cards, services, shipping and handling, taxes or non-merchandise charges.
• Members will not be able to transfer their accrued spend amount to a new or different membership account.
• Returned and/or cancelled purchases will be deducted from the member’s profile and accrued spend amount.
• The discount cannot be applied to purchases made prior to enrollment in the Bouclair Designer Member Program.
• The discount is not redeemable for cash or cash equivalent.
• For online purchases, the Member must activate their account online and be logged into their account in orderfor discount to be automatically applied to
full-price items in the Member’s cart-To activate the account online, create an account with the registered email addressif
• Bouclair reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the Bouclair Designer Member Program discount at any time and at its sole
discretion.

Purchase and Payment Terms

• To make a purchase in-store, the Member must present their registered email address t
• All warranties pertaining to the products and services provided by Bouclair belong to the purchaser at the time of purchase. All applicable
warranties are non-transferrable.
• The member is responsible for payment of all applicable taxes, service fees and any other applicable charges on the discounted amounts in
accordance to the applicable laws and regulations.
• Product returns or exchanges are subject to the Bouclair return policy and will only be provided to the purchaser at the time of purchase. The
amount will be credited on the original method of payment based on the total amount paid (including the membership discount).

Communication and privacy

• Bouclair may contact Members orthe design firm directly regarding changes to the Bouclair Designer Member Program.
• Bouclair Designer Members will automatically be opted-in to receive Bouclair emails for marketing purposes. Members may
unsubscribe from newsletter at any time.
